We ship from our warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. Any requests after this period will be denied. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sales events. We process orders between Monday and Friday, typically within 1-3 business days, and ship the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT for UK customers. However, if you are ordering from outside the UK, you may be responsible for additional import duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs office. If you receive merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve your issue quickly.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
